Interactive Voice Response System (IVR)

Telephone system that users sign in and out of for the work day. It allows users with the appropriate permissions to update certain aspects of transport and bed cleaning jobs and indicate job assignments. It allows transporters and bed cleaners to accept or change the status of jobs. PreAdmitTracking® application application users with the appropriate permissions can use the IVR to change a patient’s status to Pending Transfer, Pending Discharge, or Confirmed Discharge or to cancel a patient’s pending or confirmed discharge or pending transfer status.
